What payment options do you offer?

  • Payment can be made securely online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you would like to make a payment by phone or by check, please contact customer service.

When do you charge my credit card for payment?

  • Your card will be charged within 24 hours of your order confirmation email, unless the products are out of stock, in which case we will contact you.

    Do you offer gift wrapping?

    • All Claire Florence products are shipped in beautiful wrapping, but we are happy to assist you with any special requests. These can be made in the comments section of your online shopping bag.

    How do I know my order has gone through?

    • When you complete the checkout process, you will be presented with an order confirmation page. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your oder details and that the order has been received. Please contact us if you have any additional questions after placing your order.

    What is your exchange and returns policy?

    • At ClaireFlorence.com, we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items purchased on the site may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of their delivery accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Slip. For mailing instructions and to request a Return Authorization Slip, contact customer service. If requesting an exchange, please specify your request when contacting us.
    • Items will only be accepted as valid returns for a refund or exchange if they are unworn, with all hangtags and the price tag fully attached to each individual returned item, and in the same “as new” condition as when the item was shipped. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Upon receipt of returned goods, ClaireFlorence.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these Return Policy requirements as accepted at the time of purchase.
